Will there be formal training?
We are committed to the continuous personal development of all employees. This starts on day one with a formal induction, and within a few weeks of joining ARM you will agree with your manager what your next steps are for development, and naturally this varies from role to role and employee to employee. Throughout your time at ARM, through a blend of formal training, reflection, feedback, on-the-job training, and informal and formal mentoring, we will support you. In addition, there are clear technical career paths through from graduate engineer to technical Fellow.
